My Story

I graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2011 with a Bachelor's of Athletic Training. During my undergraduate years, I had the amazing experience to study abroad in Ireland with IT Carlow in their Physio Therapy Program. There I expanded my knowledge and experience with many manual therapies such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and dry needling. Many of those therapies I continue to use in my practice.

When I began my professional career as an Athletic Trainer, I was employed with a physical therapy company working with several NH high schools and colleges with different age levels. Soon after I was promoted to Director of Athletic Training and after 10 years, I grew our Athletic Training Outreach Program to 8 High schools, 3 middle schools, 3 Jr Hockey Programs, and 2 college programs. Our program was very successful with keeping our athletes healthy and in the game! I have worked numerous sports camps at Dartmouth, UNH, NHTI, and with Seacoast United Soccer Association. I also have had the privilege of speaking at a NH School Nurses Association Conference to help spread awareness of Athletic Training and Concussion Care in our New Hampshire School Districts.

My passion for helping others has always grown within me. Working with all ages and experiences has given me the vast knowledge to work with all body types. I thrive with acute injury care but have excelled with chronic injury syndromes and diseases in recent years. I strive to help others around me to continue to move no matter what the condition they may have. Researching and furthering my knowledge on classic chronic injuries such as disc herniations, sciatica syndrome, and frozen shoulder syndrome due to old shoulder injuries and rotator cuff imbalances has become a mission. I am willing to put forth the the effort to help you be at your best. However, a healthy body starts with you. Let's do this together! Lets get you moving pain-free again!
